**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Team Leadership and Development:**
   - Provide strong leadership to kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and kitchen assistants.
   - Recruit, train, and supervise team members, fostering a cohesive and motivated culinary team.
   - Conduct regular performance evaluations, set performance goals, and provide coaching and feedback.
   - Create and maintain a positive and collaborative work culture that promotes teamwork and culinary excellence.

2. **Menu Execution and Quality Control:**
   - Collaborate with the head chef to ensure the accurate and consistent preparation of menu items.
   - Oversee food preparation, cooking, and plating to maintain high-quality standards.
   - Monitor portion control, food costs, and waste reduction to optimize profitability.
   - Ensure that all food items meet established quality standards and presentation guidelines.
   - Maintain consistency in food preparation and presentation.

3. **Operational Management:**
   - Coordinate kitchen operations, including scheduling and workflow management.
   - Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and manage kitchen budgets to optimize cost control.
   - Monitor and enforce health and safety regulations, including food safety and sanitation standards.
   - Troubleshoot and resolve kitchen operational issues to minimize disruptions.
